AMBEDKAR JAYANTI CELEBRATION AT UNIVERSAL

Universal Public School,Pune celebrated Ambedkar Jayanti with reverence and enthusiasm on 8th April 2025 during a special morning indoor assembly. The program was organized to pay tribute to Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the chief architect of the Indian Constitution, and to inspire students with his ideals of equality, justice, and education. The assembly featured thoughtful presentations by students from different grades. Rutika Undalkar from Grade 7 delivered a speech on the contribution of Babasaheb in themaking of the Constitution, highlighting his role in ensuring justice and dignity for all citizens. Shwet Sonawane from Grade 3 spoke about the life of Babasaheb Ambedkar, sharing key events from his childhood and his journey of becoming a national leader. Shivansh Matpatti from Grade 2 presented Babasaheb’s contribution in the field of education, stressing his belief that education is the foundation of social progress and empowerment. The celebration served as a meaningful reminder of Dr. Ambedkar’s vision and encouraged students to uphold the values he dedicated his life to.
